2. Payment

We use Stripe as our payment provider. Stripe supports multiple payment methods including card payment, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Payment is made at the time of ordering.

We do not offer installment plans or subscription services.

3. Delivery

All items are shipped with Bring to the customer’s nearest pick-up point.

• Delivery area: Norway only

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days

• Shipping cost: Included in the product price

• Pick-up: Not available through the online store, but may be arranged via email

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Purchases are subject to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.

• Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

• How to cancel: Send an email to office@giaever.net with your cancellation request

• Exceptions: Opened food products cannot be returned

5. Complaints

If there is a defect with the product, please contact us at office@giaever.net.

• Warranty: No warranty is provided, as we primarily sell food products and books

• Return shipping for complaints: We cover the return cost for approved complaints

6. Dispute Resolution

Norwegian law applies to any disputes. Disputes may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or ordinary courts.

7. Product Information and Prices

• All prices include VAT where applicable

• Prices per product are clearly stated on the product pages

• Products may be sold out without prior notice. If an ordered item is unavailable, the customer will be notified and offered a full refund

We do not offer memberships, courses, tickets, or subscription services.
