By making a booking or purchase through our website, you agree to the following terms of service provided by Johs. H. Giæver AS, operator of lyngen-havnnes.no.

 

 

1. Booking and Payment

 

• All bookings are confirmed via email once full payment or deposit has been received, as specified during checkout.

• Prices include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to cancel bookings that are unpaid or incomplete.

 

 

2. Cancellation Policy

 

• You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

 

 

3. Check-In / Check-Out

 

• Check-in is available from 15:00.

• Check-out must be completed by 11:00 on the day of departure.

• Late check-outs may incur an additional fee if not agreed upon in advance.

 

 

4. Guest Responsibilities

 

• Guests are expected to treat all property, equipment, and nature respectfully.

• Any damage or excessive cleaning caused by misuse may result in additional charges.

• Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

 

 

5. Safety and Liability

 

• Use of boats, sauna, and jacuzzi is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

• Johs. H. Giæver AS is not liable for accidents, personal injury, or loss/damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

 

 

6. Data Protection

 

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

 

 

7. Modifications to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
