Our 8 kg box of small pieces of dried saithe/haddock is a user-friendly and versatile stockfish product steeped in genuine North Norwegian tradition. The small pieces make the product easy to portion, soak and use in various dishes, whilst retaining the flavour and quality of traditional stockfish. The product is ideal for soups, stews, gratins, traditional fish dishes, further processing and use in restaurants or commercial kitchens. Small pieces allow for good control over quantity and can help reduce waste. Pollock has a rich and distinct flavour, whilst haddock is somewhat milder. Store in a dry, well-ventilated and cool place.

      Etter at en relativt liten fisk...

      Etter at en relativt liten fisk er delt på langs og på tvers, så finner jeg mye «fliser og avkapp» fra begynnelsen på nakkestykket på fiskene, dette består av kun skinn og bein og blir liggende igjen når hundene har spist.

      Vil gjerne at dette avkappet blir fjernet i prosessen og ikke blir veid opp i 8 kg pakken sammen med fullverdig Tørrfisk.
